Definition
A mediation letter is the employer-side supporting submission used in parts of Lithuania's work-migration process. The sponsor files the mediation details electronically and the worker then relies on that filing when completing the visa or residence side of the case. It is not itself a visa or residence permit, but it can be the key proof that the employer has completed the required sponsorship step.
