Many professions — including engineering, architecture, and most technical roles — are not statutorily regulated in Denmark, so formal recognition is not a legal prerequisite for employment.

For academic recognition: apply to Styrelsen for Forskning og Uddannelse (UFM)

Submit an online application for a ligestillingsattest (comparability certificate) via the UFM portal. You will need your degree certificate, official transcripts, and identity documents. Unregulated qualification route
