Kırmızı-Beyaz-Kırmızı Kart, istihdam amacıyla gelen üçüncü ülke vatandaşları için Avusturya'nın temel ikamet ve çalışma izni çerçevesidir. Tek bir kural setiyle oluşturulmuş tek bir rota değildir; bunun yerine çok yüksek nitelikli işçiler, açık meslekler, diğer kilit çalışanlar ve Avusturya mezunları dahil birçok alt kategori içermektedir. İzin genellikle başlangıçta işverene bağlıdır ve daha sonra daha esnek Kırmızı-Beyaz-Kırmızı Kart Plus'a ve ardından uzun vadeli yerleşime yol açabilir.
