Definition
The Positive List is Denmark's shortage-based route structure for occupations or educational fields where the labour market lacks enough workers. If a job appears on the relevant list and the applicant meets the route conditions, it can support a work-and-residence permit without relying on some of the alternative Danish employment schemes. Because the list changes over time, applicants must verify that the role is still included when they file.
