Definition
The Talent Passport (Passeport Talent) is a French four-year renewable residence permit introduced in 2016, consolidating several previous statuses. It covers a range of profiles: highly qualified employees earning at least 1.5× the average salary, researchers and scientists, EU Blue Card holders, company founders, artists and cultural professionals, and individuals with exceptional talent. The Passeport Talent grants the right to work in France without a separate work permit and allows the holder's family to receive equivalent status. It is managed through the French Ministry of Interior.
