कानून पूरे ईयू में सबसे कड़ाई से प्रतिबंधित विनियमित पेशा है। गैर-ईयू प्रशिक्षित वकीलों को एक पूर्ण राष्ट्रीय प्रवेश प्रक्रिया आवश्यक है। ईईए-प्रशिक्षित वकील ईयू निर्देश 77/249/EEC के तहत तीन साल की एकीकरण अवधि के दौरान अपने घरेलू देश का शीर्षक उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
